I have applied for my DOL certification in california on 03/03 . I have only a year for my completion of my 6 yr visa period. Will I have my labor certified before an year both by state and federal? I am really anxious about this. Is there anyone sailing on the same boat? .

You can get the seventh year extension, if your LC receipt date crossed 365 days when your H1 quota gets over.
