Status: Having EAD, 485 Pending
Business Plan: I am planning to open web site, with lot of information free of cost (may be like good deals, some job wanted ad., latest news¡K). In future i may charge for information and ads on web site.
Employees: only me.
Question:
„Ï Can I start a business?
„Ï Till the time I am not taking any $ from party, do I have to open company in that period?
„Ï How do I know that if I am violating some copy right issue?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the dependents are in status, as their 485 is pending, even if they don't have EAD. They don't need EAD, to be in status, if they don't want to work.

If a I-485 primary applicant with EAD has waited over 180 days and is laid off, can he start a business and work there?. If RFE comes does working at own company satisfy RFE?.

Can wife on EAD work at the company?

Maybe this question is already answered, but I coludn't find it on forum.
