Doing an online biz while on H1

Hi
I am on legal H1 working for an employer full time. I have my online web site through which i intend to start selling services like web design, flash work, icon design etc. Can i do this, if yes what are the legal requirements?

At some point i also need to use my web site interface to create an online store where i can sell some goods? Can i do this and what are the requirements.

Yes. But yoy will lose your H1-B status. Is your I-140 approved?? If not then you are looking at some possible complications if its denied.
So think about it.
