Does visa number unavailability apply if PD previously current?

I just read that EB3 visa numbers for all countries are unavailable, according to the July visa bulletin. However, my PD is April 2002, which became current during the May bulletin. So have I already been assigned a visa number (in May), or is it unavailable for me as well?

No. Visa numbers allocated at just before the approval. If your case is not approved by June 30th then you have to wait until October unless some miracle happens.

So I assume they are not going to process any cases at all in July, August, or September?

Processing

They are not going to process EB3 category AOS applications till Oct '05. They will continue processing EB1 and EB2 applications.

I am stuck in the same category and hope we see a miracle!!!
