Does visa number unavailability apply if PD previously current?

I just read that EB3 visa numbers for all countries are unavailable, according to the July visa bulletin. However, my PD is April 2002, which became current during the May bulletin. So have I already been assigned a visa number (in May), or is it unavailable for me as well?

UNAVAILBLE means just that, no EB3 visas will be issued till october 1st regardless of priorty date or the country of origin of the applicant.

So I assume they are not going to process any cases at all in July, August, or September?

They will still process Eb1,Eb2 and Eb3-schedule A

I think yours may still be processed before July 1. If it's not processed by then, you'll have to wait till Oct 1.
