Hi,
Does going out of USA on vacation count in the 6 years of H1-B visa limit. My lawer is telling me that we can capture the time I was out of USA, but my understanding is that only that period can be recaptured when I was not on payroll of any company, so if those leaves were paid, they are still part of 6 years of H1-B.
Am I right or my lawer?
