Does use of AP invalidate H1b?

Hi,

I used AP to enter us this year. I also have a valid h1b (I-129, but no stamping). Does my use of AP invalidate H1B?

If yes, is there any way to re claim H1B?

If no, can I visit a US consulate outside US to get visa stamping?

using ap does not invalidate h1.

My question is very peculiar. If the labour dept has approved min 25 hrs to work can i still alter the min hrs if I want . Will it affect my W-2's ? If it does what should i do? I hv applied under RIR
