My turn to ask a question - and I apologize in advance since I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find the topic:
My PD is current (worldwide EB-2), but my I-140 is still pending (see signature). Would my concurrently filed I-485 still be processed? (i.e. analyzed for any possible missing evidence, etc?) I know it won't be approved before the I-140 is approved, but I'm half-expecting an RFE on the TB skin test and since NSC has already passed the receipt date for my I-485, does that mean I'm in the clear? Or does that mean they won't even touch my I-485 until after I-140 approval and that I could still get that RFE later? There have been no LUDs on my case since my fingerprints were taken....
