Simple question:
For any mail sent by USCIS ( examples being RFE's, Status Inquiry Response ),
is it always sent to both applicant as well as attorney ?
Or is there a possibility that it goes only to applicant and not to
attorney ?
Reason for my asking is that I think USCIS' is a major screw-up with
respect to address change of applicant; and then if stuff like RFE
comes only to applicant and with a screwed up address, then its a
big-time mess for the applicant.
At least a delivery to an attorney guarantees that RFE's don't get
overlooked.
