Does USCIS Allow Kids During Citizenship Interview?

I will be interviewing at San Jose office. Just curious if they allow kids to accompany parents during the interview?

Your Kids might be able to wait in the waiting room with you. But, they cannot be with you during the test.

Yes, they have a small games table on one side of the waiting room. However, I think you would need somebody to take care of your kids while you're having your interview. If you're just going by yourself to the interview I am not sure how that's going to work. So, basically I would say kids are welcome at the waiting room, but I don't think they are welcome during the interview. Not that this would be your case, but just imagine if the interview goes so wrong that the applicant is taken away detained by ICE, in front of his/her kids.

Perhaps if someone has taken kids to San Jose interview they can chime in. On the other hand you might want to look around at the San Jose thread.

My 2 cents.
