Does USCIS accept video or just pictures for evidence?

Can i send uscis dvd videos of trips me and my wife have taken together?We dont have many pictures.
My lawyer says they dont accept anything besides paper documents like photos...

USCIS accepts only pictures and not DVD. DVDs sometime could be accepted only in immigration court in front of immigration judge when one is on a deportation proceedings...and only if immigration judge allows it.
 
find other evidence, for exmaple assets, something that tells USCIS that you are committed to each other.
