P Publicus Registered Users (C) Mar 1, 2005 #1 I tried to send some documents to USCIS using Express Mail with return receit, but it said that an attempt was made and a notice was left. I don't know if it's the snow, or is it just USCIS policy to refuse this type of mail?!?!
