Does TSC still take applications for I-129F

I saw postings that point to TSC applications may have moved to CSC or VSC...is this true? can someone confirm with a link to the press release?

I looked at the I-129F and it says my jurisdiction is still texas for the state I live in..

TSC has not processed the I-129F for quite some time now. I can't put my finger on the press release/memorandum right now, but you only have to look at the TSC processing dates to see that the I-129F for a fiance and the I-130 for alien relative is not listed. The only two service centers that now process the I-129F and the I-130 is CSC and VSC, even though you are still required to submit the petition to the service center having jurisdiction over your place of residence. If I can find the linked information, I will post it.
