Does this means approval?

Hi, I am new here. and I am confused about sth on my case. Thank you for your help.


I am the primary appicant. On September 17th, I send the files USCIS required for RFE (both mine and my husband's) by USPS express mail.
On Sept 22, Both of us got:

"On September 20, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Then on Sept 23, my LUD is
"On September 23, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

Does this means approval? Or could there still be an interview ahead? And there is no LUD for my husband...We did everything together and I don't understand why. Should I wait or should I call them?

4/2005 file I-485
6/9/2005 FP
7/9/2005 REF from USCIS
9/17/2005 REF file to USCIS
9/23/2005 approval for me not my husband?
