Does this mean the EAD is approved?

Hi all,

My spouse EAD was expired since 12 August and we have applied for renewal since April 2007. Today, I received the following email:

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On August 23, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.



Since I never receive any approval notice from USCIS prior to this, does this mean that the EAD is approved? If yes, how long I need to wait prior to receiving the new card?

Yes, you might get one more email of the same type and then within two days, approval notice sent.

Once you receive this, then you should have it within 5 business days ( maximum time )

Now, I am waiting for her I485 approval.
I was told that her name check was cleared since April 2007 and I have obtained my GC since May 2007.
