Does this mean rejection of H1

My company applied for H1B visa for me through premium processing. INS requested RFE and my attorney sent out response today. When I check my status this evening. It says that we received your response to RFE today and it takes 15 days to process. The last sentense is you will receive a written decision on this case. Does this mean that my application has been rejected? Please help!!!!!! thanks!!!!
 
No need to worryb. What you saw was a standard message - all official communications from the INS is usually written.

In cases of RFE/Premium Processing the 15 day clock resets to start from the point the information for RFE was received.
