Hi we got the following email from CSC about my status?
Does that mean our name check is cleared or not?
Thank you very much for your inputs!

The I-485 fingerprints have expired. You will be mailed a fingerprint
appointment when the ASC in your area has appointments available. Once
the fingerprints clear, the file will be processed.

In my case, I got the same response from USCIS last week and my NC did get cleared a couple of months back (as per Senetor's inquiry).

Good luck and please update us when you get FP notice!

is your PD current?
Whats your PD/CATEGORY/COUNTRY?
 
I don't think it's related to NC. It just shows that your FP expired, you need another FP. Somhow USCIS think that your FP changes after 12~14 months. :confused:

my details:
1. sent NAME CHECK status request by senator in 6/2006. NC not cleared.
2. sent address change notice to INS in 7/2006.
Got response on 7/1 saying that the name check is not cleared
Got reponse on 7/11 saying that the application is in process. Got the response by mail but not get any thing for my wife (only on-line staus change for my wife)
3. LUD on 8/15, 8/16 as everyone
4. LUD on approved 140 on 9/8/2006.
5. LUD on wife's 485 (not mine) on 9/12/06, saying they replied to our inquiry. Yet neither we or our attoney made an inquiry. Now still not get it in mail.
6. Got email response for my wife: wait for second FP.

How do you think? Any similiar situation before?

Did you get any update? we did get our FP notice.

However, an inquiry by my attorny says our name check is not cleared yet.
 
I've received my FP notice yesterday. I'm hoping processing should move fast after FP.
