A friend applied for a job. He got this requirement. What does this mean
As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work.
Does this mean I have to have a GC. The company is willing to apply for H1. If the H1 comes through, is it OK??
