D. JULY EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITY

After consulting with Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Visa Office advises readers that Visa Bulletin #107 (dated June 12) should be relied upon as the current July Visa Bulletin for purposes of determining Employment visa number availability, and that Visa Bulletin #108 (dated July 2) is hereby withdrawn.

Looks like July is current. Confirmations please. Cheers..

Confirmed - Its current

Its confirmed that July is current.

And also its alsmost confirmed that..
1. One can file till 17th August
2. The old fee structure is going to remain till then for I485.
 
July VB current - approval for PD after june 2003(EB3 cases)?

Now July VISA Bulletin is current.

What will be impact on PD after June 2003 for EB3 cases. Will USCIS approve I485 for people having PD July 2003 and later?

Any EB3 cases got approval having PD July 2003 and later.

July VB is not current after July 1st (and partially 2nd but not sure). What they did was allocated the visa numbers to some applicants who filed AOS on or before september 2005. Even some lucky Jun 2007 filers also got tagged for approval. Once all their pending documents are received, they send the approval notices.

All others are eligible to apply AOS and not for its approval (unless the God you pray comes and issues a GC which happened in one or two cases).
