My Bio notice was for 08/12/05 but I went and I got it done on 07/25/05. Today I went on-line to chaeck my portfolio, my LUD is changed from 07/08/05 to 07/26/05. Does that mean they rcv'd my Bio and somehow were automatically put on my file? Or the adjudicating officer did soemthing to my file. I'll keep you posted but I have to admit that it did give me a tingly feeling ;)

PM, I think it means yes they have recvd the results. Mike N's also changed. I will be making an attempt on this Saturday. Lets see...!!
 
whenever you do your bio,the date online will change to the day after you have done your bio.that mean it has been added to your file.it happen with each case.

So that means when USCIS receives BIO/FP from FBI, they are supposed to update the LUD? The reason I am asking is because I sent my Medical request to USCIS on 3/24/05 and they received it on 3/30/05. My BIO was done on 4/9/05. When I check my status today, it reads " we received the RFI on 3/30/05 blah blah" and thats the last update there. Does that mean they haven't received my BIO from FBI yet? Because if they had, LUD should be something AFTER 4/9/05. Confusing shit man!!! Anyone has any idea???
 
I believe they opened/modified your file. Recently, I got email for RFI on 7/21/05. I saw LUD on 7/21,7/22, and 7/26.

Could it be this?

I also filed for RTD last week. Today I got the receipt for my RTD application. Could that be one reason. I don't know.

Hi PM,

Don't dream too much. You will get it; just be patient. NSC is processing up to ND 10/27/2000. You are few more months behind.
