does this labor fit me

i got the labor cert in my hands. now i have already paid this lawyer of the sponsoring company and they say its a match. one thing i need to ask u is

the job duties say '
perform coding using oracle,plsql,sql,developr 2000, asp ,visual net visual basic.
do i need to have all those languages in my resume and experience letters??
pls let me know i know oracle,plsql,sql,developr 2000 and visual basic but no asp and visualnet

You have most of them covered. As it is a substitution labor, its going to be a good application if you have experience in other two skills too.

Usually the job requirements in LC are the minimum and one should be able to demonstrate that he/she meets ALL of the minimum requirements. If you do not meet ALL of LC requirements you might get RFE'd.
