Well, I was wondering anyone out there has this experience that your LUD naver changed, but received an approval mail through US postal service & than within a week or two received the actual GC????????
Also anyone who had his RFI/BIO 2 completed earlier 2005 had another code 1 completed within a month or two & received an approval letter & a GC???
If so please share your experience.

I did another CODE 1 today and i am in the same boat as you. SO chill Atique! Just Chill my friend. You are not different than others..your case I mean...YOu may be different by all this panicking. I Understand that you want it as bad as the next person but you are ok. You are following the process..Hopefully both of us get approvals' within a month..

A few guys in this forum back in September got approval by mail without any emails or lud changed.

I did another CODE 1 today and i am in the same boat as you. SO chill Atique! Just Chill my friend. You are not different than others..your case I mean...YOu may be different by all this panicking. I Understand that you want it as bad as the next person but you are ok. You are following the process..Hopefully both of us get approvals' within a month..

Thanks buddy for giving me the hope cause as I mentioned earlier that's all I got at this point. Want, you must be thinking why I am so impatient but just think my ordeal started back in 1993 when I first applied for asylum. From 1993 till 1999 to get approved= 6 long yrs. Now approved 1999 till 2005 = 6 yrs. That means total 12 yrs but still waiting !!!!!!!!!!
You know I got married 2003 & had my first newborn 2005 already has her US passport since she is a born citizen where else I have been fighting for this GC & still no luck. And you suggest me not to panic. I don't know how but I assume you sure got heck lot more patience than me for sure. Cause I am too tired in this whole ordeal.

Want, As I can see your LUD changed on Sep 26. What was the message telling ( although that's meaningless to ask cause it's always the same thing which carries no meaning)????? Just curious!!!!!!! Or that LUD change is for your BIO code 1 notice ? Could you please clarify that to me ? Cause I sure didn't notice no LUD change after July,2005 although I received my BIO code 1 notice on Sept,2005 for appointment date of October,2005.

Atique, LUD changed for no reason. Also you should be happy with your situation. At least you have a new born who is a U.S Citizen. Some Asylees are still waiting to get a GC and become citizens so they can start their lives...Ask NASRMOBIn whose wife is in Turkey while he waits for her to get here...Or ask others are in the same ordeal. Be glad where you are. I understand your pain but its something you can't control.

Want u r right I'm far better off than NASRMOB for sure but I still got problems with my wife. She's a land permit holder in Canada (GC in Canada) who came to US & we got married but since she is not a Canadian citizen she was here in States for a month visit ( that's what she said at US immigration at the airport). After that one month it's more than two yrs past & as US immigration rules she overstayed. Now I'm waiting to get all my papers in order that way I can fix her problems.
