Does these time lines make sense?

Brouhaha is about slow working of CSC

A couple of points on the report and the brouhaha:
1. This report was as of Oct 2002, at that time CSC was a lot faster than it is now.
2. This report shows figures for the local/district offices of INS which may be processing only family based immigration applications. We are mostly employment based applicants here on these boards.
