does the wife get GC along with her husband??

If the husband is being sponsered by his brother (family based immigration) will the wife be elligble for GC simultaneously... (like work based immigration?) or does the wife wait out 5 years for husband to get citizenhip?

Yeah your wife will get Green card immediately even your all unmarried son n daughter under 21.
