Does the USCIS notice the employer or employer's attorney once the I-140 is approved?

Hi friendly members:
I am trying to know if my I-140 has been approved or not. Does the USCIS notice the employer or employer's attorney once the I-140 is approved? Appriciate your suggestions very much.

The employer will get the orginal approval notice..however the attorney will get a courtsey copy as well..why dont you check the status of your case online..
 
When my I-140 was approved, I was notified by the Legal Dept. of my Employer. However, I was refused a Copy of the Approval, citing Company Policy. Meanwhile, the online status (for I140) has not change till date (though I have already got my 485 Approved and Passport stamped) !!
 
Thanks for your answers. You all right. I checked with the employer's attorney, noticed that my I-140 has been approved for a month! The online status doesn't tell me that. Joe
