Hi,
Somebody recently asked me if I know the answer to the following questions. Maybe the gurus on this forum can help me answer.
After he filed his N-400 but before interview, he accepted a job in another state which belongs to a different district office. But he intends that to be a temporary job for several months and he still keeps his house in the old place as his permanent residence and his wife still lives there. He wants to return after the several months (I guess ~6 mon) at the new job. His questions:
1. Does his N-400 have to be transfered to the new place?
2. When he goes to interview, will the USCIS refuse to interview him for lack of jurisdiction?
Does anybody have similar experience? Thanks in advance.
