Does the envelope for Oath Letter has the USCIS name and seal on it?

Hey guys, I moved from my state temporarily and my friend is checking my mailbox for me. My case is approved (Or at least IO said she would approved it) three weeks ago, and still waiting for the letter. I was wondering what are the signs of Oath Letter (envelope) that my friend can easily recognize it.

Please help me. Thanks
 
The envelope looks just like other USCIS envelopes with blue (?) seal and letters. The letter inside, however, is just the white plain one.
