Does the AVM changes when INS sends FP notice?

Can I check the AVM to find out if INS has mailed me FP notice or
The only way to know this is when I receive FP notice?

Usually yes....mine changed the day before I received the notice in the mail

In our case the message changed to \'FP notice mailed on .....\'

But it\'s funny that we recd the FP notice 2 days before the AVM changed ... I guess the US Postal Eagle flies faster

Did INS mail the FP notice to you directly or did they send it to your lawyer?
