Does the applicant gets RFE Details ?

My case was approved on July14 but my wife got RFE on 22nd.

My question is does INS sends the copy of RFE to the applicant or it is send only to the lawyer also if we call and talk to the IIO can they tell us the details about RFE

RFE goes to lawyer..
If it's for your wife, probably it should be medical RFE..!

Yes it is for Medical tests.

I changed the job so old company will not reply the RFE.
Can I reply the RFE ?
Is it safe to do so or do I need to hire the lawyer ?

I think your wife's case is very simple. You should be able to do it by yourself. Be sure to read the instructions of the RFE carefully.
