I am a military spouse and we will soon move to another duty station but we don"t know where yet. Should I file here, at our old district or should I move and wait 3 months at the new place? As a military spouse, would I have to wait 3 months at the new place? Which option would you recommend so that we could get over with this as soon as possible, without delays? Thank you in advance.
Does the 3 month residency requirement before filing form N-400 apply to military spouses too?
