if you have a tourist visa in your passport, but are in the country with a student visa which is expiring, can you go to say Mexico for the weekend and re-enter with the tourist visa? or do you have to go back to your home country and get a new tourist visa? (I am not sure if the student-visa makes the tourist visa invalid).
