Hi everyone,
I have some questions and appreciate some precise answers..
1st one is, I am currently employed on a H1B visa basis and I have been outside US for already 8 months. Does that put me in trouble when I go back to US? or does it make my visa expire?
2nd one, I already got my labor certificate approved and will be applying for I140, but during the time I was outside US for 8 months I did not get any pay checks.. Will I have any problems during I140 application or the greencard process?
