Does signature on I-864 needs to be notorized

Hi all:
I am filing I-130/485/765/131 concurrently for my spouse. Few questions:
1. Do I have to get my signature notorized on the form I-864?
2. On Advance Parole application, (Part 7) do I have to specify a reason for request for advance parole and how I qualify for advance parole on a separate sheet of paper? I thought one would automatically qualify based on the pending I 485 application.
3. My spouse is currently on F1-Optional Practical Traning (EAD/OPT). Can she continue to work on EAD for OPT after filing I485? Does her current OPT-EAD becomes invalid when I submit for Adjustment of Staus?

Thanks for your input...

1. no (notarized signature is for affidavits written by family/friends attesting a bona fide marriage, not needed for I864 - affidavit of support)
2. always specify a reason. It can be family visit for the holidays or whatever, but if you don't specify a reason your AP might be denied. (attach a letter stating you're requesting AP for <insert reason>)
3.her EAD should be valid until the expiration date, even when under AoS, but perhaps someone with this experience could confirm or reject this?

I agree and I approve the above message :)
