Does 'Shri' & 'Smt' need translation?

Hello All,

Can someone please advice on following two questions...

i) I have many documents in english but they have Shri & Smt instead of Mr / Mrs. Does that require translation?

ii) Since I plan to submit photocopy, do I have to get photocopies notarized? Many document originals are in India.
