Does San Antonio really take 3 -6 months??

I live in San Antonio and I met a woman who got her citizenship and she said it took 2 years and her husband just applied and on his receipt it says 6-12 months??
Has anyone applied in San Antonio recently??
Is it really 3 months??

I think there was someone on this forum that had it in 3 or 4 months. We will have to wait on Shaky I guess to know 4 sure
 
I concur with JoeF's comments. Recently one of my friend has applied at TSC (Dallas resident) - mailed the N-400 application end of January 2004, interview scheduled for mid July 2004.

I think what JoeF meant is that you could theoretically move/relocate to a district where the processing time is fast and then apply after you have established your residency there (3 months I believe?)

Rahul - Is this what shaky is doing?
