Hello all,
Does any know if the retrogression in the GC processing for several categories impact family based applicants.
I am getting ready to apply for a GC for my parents. I am a USC.

No. Retrogression affects employment based GC applicants who have a limit on the number of immigrant visas issued every year.

Immediate relatives of a USC are not subjected to visa limits and a visa number is immediately available for them.
