Does retrogression help my case

I filed LC on Dec 2000 and I-485 on Oct 2001.
I did FP in Feb 2002 and Nov 2005.

Immigrant Visa Numbers - January 2006

For Eb2 (India) Visa dates are 01 JAN 01.

Looks like the date crossed my LC Priority Date Dec 2000.

Is my case left again, what should I do?

Wait for few more days until Jan 06. And hope for the best if your name check is clear.

I think you can check with INS respective center customer service no.

Some times you know calling them helps..
