I will file EAD application for the second time (for renewal). I have a couple of questions. Please help to drop words if you know.
1. Paper-based or on-line application, which is better, or faster? On-line application claims we can get confirmation number immediately. Is the confirmation number the same as receipt number, so RD/ND will be earlier?
2. Is it safe to pay on line? I heard some one were charged twice, and some one could not print out the confirmation message.
3. Do I still need to mail supporting materials after that, like photoes? It is a renewal. USCIS should have all my information. I guess they can retrieve them without I mailing again. (The photoes need to be up-todated? USCIS can not tell when they were shot.)
