Just wondering- if your case is transferred from one service center to another, do you get a new receipt number, or do you still track your case with the original number?
And (bonus question!) How soon after receipt is a case typically transferred? In the past while, all I-140s (EB1-ORs) from my institution (in California) were transferred from NSC to TSC (and getting approved in 3-4 weeks), but this hasn't happened with mine.... so I may be stuck with NSC.
