Does Priority Date (PD) become useless ?

with the latest VB showing that all PD is Current,
does that mean anyone with PD 2005-2007 (using PERM) and have their LC approved can get their GC/EAD faster than those who have PD earlier than 2005
but their case still stuck at BEC ??

am in the same boat...did some reading and found that if the dates retrogress, 485 will be approved only for those with dates are before the cutoff date. Your PD will help you then if and only you get your labor by july 30(or hopefully Aug 30 in case these are current next month too).

yeah.. i hope the date won't retrogress very far...
let's hope for the best :cool:

anyway, i heard those who file 485 have their own problem too, like stuck in FBI name check forever,
heh... we're still on the very first step :eek:
 
Based on watching the dates go back/forth from November 2004, I would honestly bet my life savings that they'll retrogress. Hang on to your date with pride!
