Does priority date matter for Name Check ?

i used a subs labor and have already rececived by I 140 and EAD approval. The priority date is 12/28/1998 and i guess that is the reaon those approvals went really fast ( The RD date is 7/19/2005) . Will the same logic hold true for a name Check ? The status of my 485 says that the "proprocessing is complete" and i assume at this point they are only waiting for the name check coz they have already received the FP results.
