Does PP Stamping required for 4 years old child?

My son\'s RFE case got approved on 02/11/02.
After getting welcome notice do we need to go for
PP Stamping for our son? I learned from other forum
that for kids there is no need for PP Stamping.

Only for travel

If your son needs to travel before he gets his Plastic card, only then he needs to get his PP stamped.`
