Does POJ method works for EAC#?

My 485 has an EAC# since it was transferred to TSC from VSC. Can I use the POJ method to contact TSC?

too bad EAC number doesn't work for TSC

Just tried to called TSC using POJ method, however, it sends me to VSC since my case has EAC# even though the case is actually in TSC...

Will try to use my EAD SRC# to contact TSC.

This happens when there are no Reps available at Regional Service Center. Try again at a different time or day. Thursdays are the the best. Key to POJ's method is to hear "Welcome to TSC.....", if you don't hear that it is being transferred to National Serivce Center. So it is advisable to hang up immediately and try it again so that you don't waste your time or the representative's time.
 
time of the day and the day itself does not seem to matter anymore.
Its carte-blanche these days. I have been trying 2 wks+
 
I reached TSC, but not very useful

After having been on hold for 45 min and someone from TSC finally picked up. She refused my request to send the RFE by fax to me or my attorney. Not very friendly at all... Will try again in a couple of days.
 
If you get an unhelpful IO then try again.
I kept trying several times. It does waste a lot of one's time. But sometimes, some of the IO's are helpful and thus it is worth it.

I wanted to check on my AOS. Which btw is old..very old.
Well, though I was little taken aback by the attitude, I have learnt not to trust any one of them. I would keep calling them, speak to multitude,listen to them, watch my portfolio on their site and draw conclusions. I think that they will just reply what they want or what kind of mood they are in. I also think that they are feds and are not accountable.
I have always found variations on replies given by different people.No two are ever same.
What stuck me most that I was told " your case is waiting assignment " while as I already replied to RFEs generated by a certain officer thru fax. RFEs are always generated by officers. Then I realized that it was all CACA I was listening to .
