Does Petitioner Have To Be At FP Appointment?

I have my FP appointment tomorrow about 1.5 hours away in Albany. At the 11th hour DH has to work - and I have no NY driver's license. It's going to be difficuilt working out a way to get there and back.

But I need to know if DH, as my petitioner, has to be there for any reason? Or is it OK if I go on my own?

DH doesn't need to be there on the FP meeting.

He needs, however to be there for the AOS interview
