Does PD play any role ?

Does anybody have any idea whether the Pd makes any difference when the officer takes a particular case ?
We have seen so many Jan/Feb/March 2000 approvals and a few Oct/Nov/Dec cases being left out . Wondering whether the Jan/Feb and March guys have PD earlier than the leftout Nov/Dec guys ?

Going by the posting , it is difficlut to come to any conclusions.

INS does not go by PD. MY PD is 5/8/98 EB2 India ND 10/4/99 got stuck some where in the INS jungle.

People with PD after me and ND after me got a lot of approvals lately.
This is all random and no body knows whats happening to the cases.
