Does PD matter after FP and all

Hi
EB2 (India)
PD : June 98
RD : Aug 99
ND : Sep 99
FP : Aug 2000

I spoke to my attorney about my case that whe it\'s not getting anywhare
He called up INS, they say Department is issuing visas for the priority date of 05/97, the priority
date of your case is 6/98.
My question is does it really matter what your PD is after your FP and all.

I doubt if it matters even before FP. MY PD is May\'96, RD AUg\'99, FP Dec 2000, nothing happened yet. Once the files go to INS, its
like a lottery draw there, if you are lucky your file gets picked up earlier.

If Your category is EB2 (as you have mentioned..) then it is current for you ...

My I-140 was approved in EB2 catagory.

I spoke to my lawyer he says that my case was applied in EB3 and got approved in EB2.
I have the receipt that says that it got approved in EB2 category.

So now what are the options for me.
Any input is appricitaed
