Does P4 collected form the Embassy window contain all the documents mailed out in the actual P4?

Or does it just contain the appt. letter. Just wondering what documents I need to generate on my own in case I do not receive the P4.

if you give a US address on Packet III
consulate sends an appointment letter to your home address as well as to your attorney address
they donot send any other forms for packet IV

consulate has these forms on their web site,
please look for my posting on \'continued-order of documents\' which has the consulate documents order

Has all the forms needed and you get sets for each family member.
They are pre-packaged P4 and clerk will write your name and interview date and case number on the interview letter(It is not generated for you specilly)
