Does online message change if person receives 2nd FP

Could you please tell me, if online message changes if person receives 2nd FP.

it does not change to FP notice , it stays the old message . after FP sometimes it changes to Rcd and sometimes not
hope that helps.
i got my 2nd FP notice in mail , but message still same old one
