Does online case update mean anything good?

i'm wondering if the online update on the case mean something good.
does it mean they are working on it??
my RTD application was recieved on aug.19th , it was updated on aug 24th and updated again today on sept. 13th.
i hope it's something good..please help

I believe this is a good Thing mine is changing almost everyday after RFI and BIO done.
