Does one need FP for I-140

Does anyone know if FP needs to be done for I-140 to be approved.

no one knows...
You just need an approval for 140. All the problems FP, Name Check yada yada are associated with 485. You can check your LUD by creating a portfolio with your case numbers.

Yes. I-140 can get approved without FP. I have seen several cases approved in 35 days before FP notices.
